Is shipping free?
No, shipping is not free.
We pass on the exact cost of shipping to customers in order to keep our product prices as low as possible.
Other retailers who offer free shipping, do this because their margin on products is so substantial, they are able to absorb the shipping cost.
The shipping costs seem higher than what other retailers charge?
Most fragrance products are classed as dangerous goods, which means carriers charge a higher fee to transport them.
Other retailers may subsidise the cost of shipping with their higher margins, and then charge the customer a smaller amount at checkout.
For example: a major department store may charge a customer $5 for standard shipping, when the cost of shipping the item is $10. They can do this because their margin on products is often 60% or more.
Because we only add a modest 17% margin to the distributor cost price of our products, we have to pass on the full cost of shopping to our customers.
Don't worry! The amount saved by shopping with us compared to high-street retailers and department stores will dramatically outweigh the cost of shipping.
What if my item is lost while in transit?
If your item is lost while in transit, we will offer to send a replacement, or refund you in full.
Don't worry, we send all items with full tracking via Australia Post.
Lost orders occur less than 0.1% of the time.
Can I ship items in an order to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, its not possible to send items in an order to multiple addresses.
If you wish to have items sent to multiple address, we suggest placing separate orders.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, because we use Australia Post, we are able to send to PO Boxes as well as Parcel Lockers.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we are only able to send orders to addresses located within Australia.
This includes Tasmania, and other island territories.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
At this stage, we do not offer Click & Collect of orders. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney.
However, we are in the process of developing this feature. Stay tuned for an announcement on being able to collect your orders.
