Our return policy

We offer a 90-day return period for all fragrance items purchased on our website — whether they're full-price or on sale.

If you're item is unopened, you can return it, and you'll receive a full refund on your purchase (excluding original delivery charges).

No catch, no loopholes.

For all returns, you will be liable for the return shipping costs. You have two options: you can either manage the return postage on your own or, if you'd prefer, we can provide you with a return shipping label and then deduct the cost from your refund.
