How long will it take to get my order?
Because we only order the required products from our suppliers, your order may take slightly longer than you are used to.
We usually dispatch our customers orders 10 days after they place it with us.
This slight delay allows us to offer a much larger variety of products to our customers, and pass enormous savings on to them.
Do you need your fragrance within the next 4 days? Probably not.
If you can afford to wait a little longer than usual, you could be getting your favourite fragrances at a fraction of the cost compared to department stores and other major retailers.
Are your products genuine?
Yes, our products are all authentic & genuine.
We use the same distributors and suppliers as the major department stores across Australia.
In addition to offering cheaper pricing, our fragrance products are usually from newer batches compared to high-street retailers. This is because we import far more frequently then they do, ensuring your fragrances are from the newest batches available.
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Yes. You can cancel your order anytime before it ships to you for a full refund. Simply contact us, and our team will assist you.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer both a Standard and Express shipping methods. Standard shipping is delivered within 3-4 days to most metropolitan cities in Australia, and Express shipping is usually delivered within 2 days Australia-wide.
Where do you ship from?
All inventory is stored at our warehouse in Sydney.
Once your items have been imported, we will pack & ship your order from there.
Is shipping free?
Standard Shipping - $10.99 AUD
We do not offer free shipping. The exact cost of shipping will be passed on to you without markup. This approach is part of our commitment to keeping our product prices competitive. Shipping costs for fragrance products may be higher than for other items due to their classification as dangerous goods, which necessitates special handling and transportation.
